Recent Project: E4 | Hale End
Garage Clearance; A landlord had recently acquired a residential house in Hale End which he was proposing to let. The outgoing owner had left behind in the garage many tools and also gardening equipment which the landlord wanted removed as he had a contract with a gardening company to keep the gardens tidy on other properties he owned.

We were able to dispose of most of the tools to second hand dealers and also were able to sell on 2nd hand all the gardening equipment which enabled us to reduce the landlords fees by over 50%.

Guidance for Our Collections

When you call us, we will want to know what type rubbish we are collecting i.e. electrical waste: cooker, old computer, printer, etc, or junk clearance from an attic or garage, etc, and most importantly your load estimate, so that we may bring an appropriate sized vehicle.

Ask for a FREE Quote:

Our quotes are extremely competitive, and certainly cheaper than hiring an equivalent size skip.

As a responsible Licensed Waste Carrier we are currently recycling up to 80% of all the rubbish we collect.

Collection times are pre-arranged and we are flexible and will meet our clients' requirements - working weekends if required.

Project 2; Garage Clearance:

It's easy to keep putting items you no longer use into your garage!

It's surprising the things that come to light when you release unwanted items from your garage.  We cleared out a garage for an elderly couple recently and uncovered three large oil paintings among all the usual junk we all seem to accumulate.  The artwork did appear to be in good condition and we suggested they should consider having the pictures valued.

As a result the clients established that while not great works of art, nontheless they were worth together in the region of £2,300.
