Rubbish Collections Bow District

Bow E3 is in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. It is built-up and mostly residential.
The area was formerly known as Stratford, and "Bow" is an abbreviation of the medieval name Stratford-atte-Bow, in which "Bow" refers to a bridge built in the early 12th century.

Bow is adjacent to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and a section of the district is part of the park.

Bow underwent extensive urban regeneration including the replacement or improvement of council homes, with impetus given by the staging of the 2012 Olympic Games at nearby Stratford. Today this regeneration is ongoing.

Bow is a residential area in east London that about 5 miles away from the central hub of Charing Cross and part of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, it encompasses the E3 and E14 postcode districts and is in zone 2 of London's transport area. It is well-connected to the central areas and is close to Bromley-by-Bow, Old Ford, Mile End, West Ham and Stepney Green all part of London's East End.

Rubbish collections, removals, disposal & clearance services are available in Bow If you live in the local Bow E3 or E14 postcode areas then you will be keen to hear about our house and office clearance services (by our Government Licensed Waste Collection service). Bow District Information:
We serve all areas in Bow which has also become associated with the E3 postcode district, but a small part is in E15 and the southern half of Cadogan Terrace and all of Victoria Park which is in E9. Most of the E15 section has been changed to E20 because this part covers the Olympic Park. E3 includes Bromley-by-Bow, Old Ford, Mile End and the transpontine Three Mills in Newham. The modern Tower Hamlets wards of west and east Bow are associated more with the postcode than the settlement, and bounded by the Mile End Road in the south; the River Lea to the east; Victoria Park to the north; and Grove Road in the west.

Recent Project: Bow
Client was relocating from Bow to a new office in Bromley | E3.

Office Clearance; We were required to clear a large office with over 24 work stations on the 2nd floor of an office block which was being vacated. We were also asked to securely destroy 3 filing cabinets of confidential information no longer required - Luckily there was a car park conveniently nearby which made the task easier making the loading of our vehicles quick and avoiding any parking fines.

It only took just over 3 hours to complete the task and tidy up the office areas we had vacated. We were able to reduce our fees for the client by 20% as we were able to sell on some of the work stations to 2nd hand dealers we know and salvage several computers and printers.
